  • Yes! We will accept registration papers in family groups.

    Reminder, a copy of the original registration paper must be uploaded to the state validation website by December 15th. The original registration papers must come with you to the show.

  • Yes! The CTBR certificate replacement table will be set up near the show ring.

    As a reminder, all gilts MUST be Certified Texas Bred through the Texas Pork Producers Association. Any gilts purchased out-of-state will not be eligible to show at the Texas Elite Showcase.

  • We do allow late entries up to the check-in deadline at the show.

    All late entries are $100 each and must be paid up front prior to turning in information cards at the show.

  • We understand special circumstances happen. In order to receive a substitution form, please visit the show office or call the office at (806) 705-6800. The substitution form must be turned into the show office during the check-in process.

  • The earliest arrival will be on Thursday, Feb. 8th from 5pm to 11pm. Arrival into the barn will resume on Friday, Feb. 9th at 8am.

    All gilts must be in the barn by 6pm on Friday Feb. 9th. Gilts must be checked in by 8pm.

  • At the end of each breed, sale gilts and alternates will be selected and announced. The selection of sale gilts is determined by the judge.
